The skull, scapula, and sacrum are your key body indicators to help reveal the state of your posture! Your skull should be sitting directly over your scapulae, and the sacrum should dictate a neutral pelvis.
Very rarely are we sitting or even standing with good posture. We'll know when our body is 'out of whack' by how we feel. Whether it's a kink in the lower back or tightness in the neck and upper trapezius, it is most likely due to our poor posture. The majority of us spend many hours a day sitting in front of a computer in a slouched position. When going to a standing position, we instantly feel a shock.
It's time to get back in the postural game. Check the 'Triple S' and it is time to reclaim good posture and good movement!
