If there is tightness in the cervical spine, this will affect the position of the skull and where it sits atop the neck. When the skull is out of alignment, all other parts of the body will be affected as well.
In the modern day, it's almost impossible to have perfect posture in the neck. With computers and smartphones in our hands 24/7 the majority of us suffer from what I like to call "text neck". This is the condition of us looking down at our phones far too often and increasing the possibility of pinching nerves in the neck, and reducing the amount of free space in the neck.
Employ the stretches I have in this class to free the neck, open the mind, and revive the soul!
