We have to learn to move often in our every day lives - even at the office! The economics of ergonomics are as vital as breathing!
For those of us who work in a corporate workspace, we tend to sit in front of a computer and sit on our bums for hours at a clip (with the exception of the occasional meeting). This is so bad for the body. Sitting on the glutes for long periods of time with no activity puts them to sleep. And this is detrimental to your lower back.
Movement helps to promote blood flow throughout the body, delivering not only blood, but oxygen and other vital nutrients to all other parts of the body. It rehydrates the fascia and keeps muscles warm, and joints lubricated.
It is not enough to only be financially wealthy, but physically wealthy as well. Movement function and finance go hand in hand with the Economics of Ergonomics!
