It can either be used as a warm up or on one of your off days if you're not performing in a particular sport or more dramatic fitness routine. Cardio is always a good idea and is all encompassing! All sorts of movements traces back to one thing - your heart! The more you move the your heart will work to get your extremities going. It pumps the blood through our veins, is the spark for our energy, and our blood carries vital nutrients and oxygen to various parts of the body. It is up to us to keep moving - especially through challenging movements! Greatness is not born from mediocrity! Get on your mat and get moving! Namaste!
