Although this flow will be all encompassing, we are surely going to place more emphasis on the hip region! We'll start off by sliding our feet up and down the mat to promote hip flexion. From there we will lift the foot and bend at the knee to promote internal and external rotation. This will be done on both sides to get the fluid flowing in our big synovial joints.
The hips are the true source of your power - so it's important to focus just as much on keeping them mobile and nimble as any other part of your body! Namaste!
