Yesterday I was really pressed for time, and did the 'Just" practice. I love the physical practice, but also found that everything you said was so fitting for where I was at. Love, love love it!
Today, I just completed the "Restructure your breath" class and WOW intense! what a great way to sweat it out on (for me up in Canada) a Saturday morning! I enjoy all of your classes, but especially when I can get my heart rate up and my sweat on :)
