I am so happy to see the classes for specific areas of the body - Shoulders, low back, yay!
I was wondering if you are planning on having videos specifically about doing some poses correctly. I specifically struggle or at least I am trying to be more conscious of the way my shoulders move in chaturunga and downward facing dog. I have heard you talk about it on your podcast and Yoga Girl's podcast but I am more visual and I think a video to complement would be super helpful.
Also, I was wondering if you are planning to have a filtering option for shorter classes? I usually practice yoga for about 15 to 30 minutes in the morning and would love to do some LYT classes then, but I unfortunately do not often have time to do a full 60 or 90 minute class then.
