Hello Lara and everyone!
I just joined this last month during and have been enjoying the few videos I have tried. I'm surprised at how much I have been able to do, and I have found the cues and reminders to be excellent.
There is just one movement I cannot seem to safely do. I believe it is called half chaturanga. I cannot lower my body to the floor while on my knees. I do not know why. I'll try to safely place myself on the floor to rise for cobra, and that I cannot perform that movement well either. Are there any specific videos, exercises or stretches I can do to gradually gain the ability to do these movements?
While I'm here, I'm also wondering if there are any videos that help to gently lengthen and relax and generally help the psoas specifically.
