Transitions are so important! They reveal whether or not you are fully integrating and incorporating the core and utilizing the alignment of hip and shoulder mobility in a movement transition.
Stepping forward into down dog is one of the most problematic for people - so we are going to focus on consistency of the movement as well as the idea of brain mapping, motor firing, and building that correlation between mind and body. In this video, we are going to focus on breaking bad habits, and repetition to create a "muscle memory". Once you have done it enough times, you will repeat a correct transition naturally!
