High Intensity Interval Training! This is one of the more profound and energy-extensive movement methods you can do. It will require quick short, bursts of energy to really dial up the heart rate for overall body composition and development. I want you to really focus on this flow of energy that travels throughout the body during this movement. What does that mean for you? That means you are going to be more cognizant and aware of this energy that is stored and redistributed from the core! So in order for us to move well and with purpose, we have to bring some warmth and initial awareness to the core right from the start.
Focus on controlling this energy. We want to preserve our energy and make it work for us. Any loss of energy is only doing you a disservice when it comes to HIIT training and plyometrics. Think about exactly how you should be moving with each motion and how this is benefitting you.
Feel the energy flow through your. Feel the heart envelop you. You may have some residual burn in both body and spirit. Take that energy with you out into the world and see it through the rest of your day. Let others in to your positive energy and let them feel some of your energy too. It is not merely enough to store up this energy, but to distribute to others who need it as well. You just never know it might need it, and how you might affect their life for the better! Namaste!
