Back again by popular demand is the third installment in our HIIT series! HIIT styled exercises can truly be a beautiful thing as you learn how to efficiently harvest and utilize your energy to work through the motions with power and purpose!
Remember to assess your breath. Remember this calmness. This is the point you want to try to return to between each interval. HIIT is a beautiful regimen, because it is based in high movement and explosive power, but also focuses so heavily on aerobic and anaerobic fitness as well.
Come into this mode of setting this energy and let it run freely through you. It's like a current that can zap all that fuzz and stagnancy that has been building up in your body over time. Savasana is a beautiful time to really reflect on the all the movement you just committed to. Celebrate it. Welcome it - this period of silence and reflection. It is at times like these where your body is speaking to you the loudest. It is up to you to listen! Namaste!
