Growth is an absolute necessity in life. And sometimes - to cultivate that growth, we need to revert back to the basics.
I really want you to think about structure and breathing through each of the motions. Feel the reach of the arms as you protract and retract the shoulder blades. Be aware of the feeling when you draw your tailbone down. All of these queues will help to drive awareness of the mechanics of the body and the overall feeling of euphoria. Namaste!
