The core is everything but your limbs and extremities. So with that being said, the 'core' certainly covers a lot of ground. As with all flows, we want to start by establishing a neutral pelvis. This is particularly important in this flow since all movement will be generated from the pelvis and is part of the core. We want to get more energy, more breath, and more charge to the core. And since this is only a 15 minute flow, this can be done at any point in the day, multiple times a day! This flow was designed with convenience in mind! Namaste!
