Can you get more flexible in a mere 15 minutes? I'm here to PROVE to you that it CAN BE DONE. Normally, I don't put as much emphasis on the idea of flexibility, as everyone is designed differently and their body allows only what it can withstand. Typically, if a person is not flexible in a particular part of the body, that is the body's defense mechanism to protect against itself. It is tight, not necessarily because it is underutilized, but because it is protecting against a move or range of motion that it knows it cannot withstand.
But time and again, there are those pesky areas, that aren't flexible because we aren't engaging them properly, or that they haven't been used properly in weeks, months, or even years! THOSE are the parts of the body that I intend to wake up from their dormant state and get the body working correctly again! Namaste!
